Support, Returns & Refunds Policy
At Beyond Resolutions, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the process as simple and fair as possible.
Please read through our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand how we handle these requests, keeping in line with the Consumer Protection Act in South Africa.
Returns and Exchanges

- You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Please note: The cost of shipping for returns or exchanges is not covered by Beyond Resolutions.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@beyondresolutions.co.za with your order number and details of the return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
We’re happy to issue refunds under the following conditions:

- The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped.
- Refund requests are made within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:

- Refunds will not include the original shipping cost.
- If the returned product shows signs of damage or use, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@beyondresolutions.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and provide a solution. In these cases, we’ll cover the shipping cost for replacements.
How to Return an Item

- Email us at support@beyondresolutions.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and use a trusted courier service to ship it back to us.

Purchases from Alpaka’s International Store
We understand that many South Africans may have purchased their ALPAKA gear directly from the international Shopify store. While we’re excited that you’ve chosen this incredible brand, please note that Beyond Resolutions can only take responsibility for purchases made through our South African store.
As the official distributor of ALPAKA in South Africa, we strongly recommend that South African customers make their purchases through Beyond Resolutions to ensure full local support, quicker shipping, and a smooth shopping experience.
If you’ve purchased ALPAKA gear internationally, we’re still here to help in any way we can. While we cannot take liability for these purchases, I have a direct connection with ALPAKA and will do my best to assist with any warranty claims or product-related queries. However, please understand that this assistance isn’t guaranteed, and it may depend on the nature of your request.
