1. Our Products

We’re all about providing top-quality ALPAKA gear and accessories, but please keep in mind that our stock and prices can sometimes change. We do our best to keep things updated, but if something’s out of stock or not quite as described, please reach out so we can clear things up.

We also want to make sure that the products we sell performs just as it should. For any warranty-related concerns, just know that we’re here to help, especially if you’ve purchased from us directly.


2. Ordering and Payments

  • Order Process: Once you place an order, it’s an offer to buy, but we’ve got the right to accept or decline orders as needed.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via PAYFAST as their Payment gateway ensures your payments are processed securely to give you peace of mind.
  • Order Cancellation: Need to cancel your order? No worries—just reach out to us within 24 hours, and we’ll take care of it. After shipping, though, you’ll need to follow our returns process. Shipping fee’s won’t be refunded.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Currently, we have a fixed shipping rate but shipping can be calculated based on your order and location, so you’ll see it at checkout. 
  • Delivery Times: We do our best to ship out all orders within a day of receiving your order. However, shipping times can vary depending on where you are, so please be patient with the couriers!
  • International Orders: If you’re ordering from outside South Africa, please note that shipping arrangements and any customs duties will be on you.

4. Returns and Refunds

Check out our Returns and Refunds Policy for all the details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase, but please note that we can’t accept returns on opened or used products, and shipping won’t be refunded.

  • Limitations of Liability: We’re not responsible for any indirect damages or losses.
  • Product Use: Customers are responsible for using their ALPAKA gear as intended. Beyond Resolutions can’t be held accountable for misuse, accidents or harm caused when carrying the gear we sell.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by South African law.
  • Dispute Resolution: If we can’t resolve an issue through direct communication, we’ll sort things out through the South African courts or through our represented Attorneys
