At Beyond Resolutions, we believe in getting your ALPAKA gear into your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible. Whether you’re in South Africa or beyond, we’ve got you covered with a reliable and straightforward shipping process.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping location and the combined volume/weight of your order. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed from our warehouse in Pretoria.

Generally, items are delivered within 3 working days for metro areas. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take up to 7 business days. If you need your order urgently, please contact us, and we can arrange express shipping (fees apply).

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll notify you by email and provide tracking details. You’ll also receive a delivery notification from Courier Guy when your order is out for delivery.

In the unlikely event that an item you’ve ordered isn’t available or we’re unable to fulfill your order, we’ll notify you within 24 hours. You can then choose to backorder, select an alternative product, or receive a full refund.
