Currently, we are an authorized distributor for ALPAKA, a brand known for its functional and rugged bags and accessories. All of our products are sourced directly from ALPAKA and other trusted suppliers.

You can make a purchase directly through our e-commerce store on our website. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept a range of payment methods, including PayFast and Payflex for secure transactions.

We use Courier Guy and Pudo for deliveries across South Africa. Orders are processed quickly, and shipping times will vary based on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched..

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please visit our Support & Returns page for more detailed information on how to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

We offer both refunds and exchanges depending on the condition of the returned item. If a product is returned in its original condition, we can offer a full refund. For exchanges, you may need to contact us to ensure the replacement item is available.
